Chef and Owner Martin Ledesma, Has over 25 years in the restaurant an catering business.  Formally Executive Chef from UCSB Faculty Club in Santa Barbara: Chef at Ojai Valley Inn in Ojai: Chef at Wine Cask Catering:  Sous Chef at San Ysidro Ranch in Santa Barbara.  Martin decided to venture on his own by opening Chili Peppers Restaurant an in 2008 he decided to introduce a new name for his Catering to reflect a broad scope of food he can provide.  Chef Martin Ledesma experience in some of the top restaurants has giving him the experience and capabilities to offer not only high quality but also wonderful gourmet menus.  He has not abandoned his Mexican food Restaurant; we have just separated the Catering from the restaurant which reflects his Gourmet Catering.
