Chef and Owner Martin Ledesma, has over 25 years in the restaurant and catering business. Martin is the former Executive Chef from UCSB Faculty Club; Chef at Ojai Valley Inn; Chef at Wine Cask Catering of Santa Barbara; and Sous Chef at San Ysidro Ranch in Santa Barbara.

Martin decided to venture on his own and opened Chili Peppers Restaurant in 2008. Chef Martin Ledesma's experience in local top restaurants and catering has given him the capability to offer, not only high quality, but wonderful gourmet menus.
