We introduce a new name for our catering on June, 2008 to reflect  a broad scope of food we provide.  Chef and owner Martin Ledesma  experience in some of the best top restaurants have giving him the experience and capabilities to offer not only high quality  but also wonderful gourmet menus.  We haven’t abandoned our Mexican food Restaurant, we have just separated the catering from the restaurant, which reflects our Gourmet Catering. 
At CP Catering we don’t operate with set menus we work with you, our client, to create a menu that excites and satisfies your taste.
